Reset to Amazing: Days 29-35

(Click to enlarge.) It’s Week 5 (again) of our Team RLEI Reset Program to Live Amazing. We are breaking it down into 7 steps in 7 days every week to help you reset with your wellness goals. Follow along and transform your health! The 5th week is focused on Water. One thing is for sure, we all could stand to up our water intake everyday, especially if you have been increasing your activity level as well. You also want to make sure that your water is clean, clear, and contaminate free so it’s as healthy for you as possible. It’s a great feeling when you hold yourself accountable and can see your progress on paper (or digitally). You’re gonna start feeling better in so many ways too!
