Reset to Amazing: Days 22-28

Follow along and transform your health! The 4th week is focused on Sleep. Getting an adequate amount of sleep everyday is vital at a cellular level, way more than it gets credit for. For details, please reference: Keep journaling and tracking your daily steps, your calories, and working on a sustainable workout schedule. Just be sure to schedule in 7-9 hours of sleep too!
