Reset to Amazing: Days 15-21

(Click to enlarge.) It’s Week 3 (again) of our Team RLEI Reset Program to Live Amazing. We are breaking it down into 7 steps in 7 days every week to help you reset with your wellness goals. Follow along and transform your health! The 3rd week is focused on Exercise. You want to build-up to doing more regular physical activity throughout the week, 3-5 days for the most benefits. Mix it up between workouts that focus on strengthening your core, increasing your flexibility, charging your metabolism, creating more muscle mass, and supporting your cardiovascular system. They are all equally important to an overall fit physique. For details, please reference: If you are coming off of a Healthy Cleanse and Reset, ease back into a healthier plan. Some people benefit from 3 fuller, balanced meals, the traditional breakfast/lunch/dinner with 2 small snacks in between. Some people benefit from 6 smaller but still equally balanced meals a day. The goal is to have a combination of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats with every meal or snack. Use your digital or paper food journaling to keep track of calorie counts, but use all your senses to make sure each meal or snack has some of each of those macronutrients represented. If you are trying to maintain a a lean and healthy weight, you can continue to replace 1 meal a day with a complete and balanced plant protein smoothie for maximum benefits.
