33. I can’t believe I am saying this…but I am getting so used to making some really delicious smoothies that I would choose a smoothie over a piece of cake these days. The sugar overload feeling, surging in the blood stream, is a bit nauseating thinking of it. But the sweet, filling, textury satisfaction of a smoothie can’t be beat. This week alone I’ve had combinations like apple, banana, and cinnamon…raspberries, blueberries, and orange…and pear, grapes, and avocado. Now I’m not saying I would pass on every dessert to pass by me, but…pick and choose wisely. They are not all worth it. Right?
