1. Here’s an alternative to using milk with your Cinch shakes that works well: coconut water! And it cuts down the calories even more-bonus!

2. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Chocolate Shake Mix, 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend until creamy.

3. Nel’s Peach and Mango Cinch Indulgence
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Strawberry Shake Mix, 1 cup of frozen peaches unsweetened, 1 cup of frozen mangos unsweetened, and 1 cup water in blender and blend on low speed until fruit is blended in. It should look like sorbet with small chunks of fruit.

4. Apple Cinnamon Spice Energy Tea
Heat 6 oz. of water and mix with 1 stick of Cinch Energy Tea Mix Unsweetened. Add 2 tbsp. unsweetened apple juice, 1 tsp. orange juice, and a dash of cinnamon. Stir and sip.
