1. If you’ve got to have that morning coffee, take a 1/2 tsp. of concentrated liquid coffee and add it to your simple Cinch shake mix with water. (Like with tea, there are proven health benefits to adding coffee to your regimen in general.)

2. Cafe Mocha Shake
Combine 1 scoop or 1/2 packet of Cinch Chocolate Shake Mix, 1 scoop or 1/2 packet of Cinch Cafe Latte Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend until creamy.

3. Mocha Shake
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Chocolate Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 1/2 tsp. instant coffee, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.

4. Vanilla Latte
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Vanilla Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 1/2 tsp. instant coffee, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.

5. Espresso Madness
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Chocolate Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 1-2 shots of espresso, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend until creamy.

6. Coffee Addict
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Cafe Latte Shake Mix, 3/4 cup of fat-free plain yogurt, 2 drops vanilla extract, and 1 tsp. instant coffee in blender and blend. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
