Nothing says summertime like a fresh fruit salad! It’s my favorite time of year for seasonal fruit. I can’t get enough of the nectarines, peaches, and apricots mixed in with pears, blueberries, strawberries, and pineapple here. And if you find you can’t finish your salad, you can always toss in the leftovers with your next protein smoothie.
