1. Peaches and Cream
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Vanilla Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 1/2 cup of chopped peaches, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
2. Strawberry Banana
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Vanilla Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 3 frozen strawberries, 2 bananas, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
3. Vanilla Almond Delight
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Vanilla Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 1/2 tsp. almond extract, dash of cinnamon, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
4. Banana Cream
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Vanilla Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 1/2 banana, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
5. Lemon Cream
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Vanilla Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 3 tbsp. lemon juice, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
6. 50:50 Bar
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Vanilla Shake Mix, 1/2 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 4 oz. orange juice, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
7. Chocolate Coconut
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Chocolate Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 1/2 tsp. of coconut extract, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
8. Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Chocolate Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 4 frozen strawberries, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
9. Chocolate Banana Split
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Chocolate Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 1/2 banana, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
10. Berry, Berry Delicious
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Vanilla Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 5 large strawberries, 1/4 cup of blueberries, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
11. Chocolate Mint
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Chocolate Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 2 mint leaves, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
12. Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Shake
Combine 1 1/2 scoops or 3/4 packet of Cinch Strawberry Shake Mix, 1/2 scoop or 1/4 packet of Cinch Chocolate Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend. Garnish with 1 large strawberry and 1 tsp. shaven dark chocolate.
13. Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Shake
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Vanilla Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 2 tsp. strawberry fruit spread, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
14. Cherry Delight Cinch Shake
Combine 2 scoops or 1 packet of Cinch Vanilla Shake Mix, 1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk or low-fat soy milk), 1/2 cup of cherries with pits removed, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, and 4-6 ice cubes in blender and blend.
