Besides generally gulping down lots of purified water every day, you can also make your water do double duty by adding fresh, organic fruits and veggies for homemade juices. Or add your juice into your smoothie to pack an even more powerful punch. The easiest and maybe most important “add” is a slice or wedge of lemon in an 8 oz. glass of water every morning, about a 1/2 hour before you eat breakfast. The benefits are enormous!
