Reset to Amazing: Days 57-63

(Click to enlarge.) It’s Week 9 (again) of our Team RLEI Reset Program to Live Amazing. We are breaking it down into 7 steps in 7 days every week to help you reset with your wellness goals. Follow along and transform your health! The 9th week is focused on Posture. To be fit, you must focus on all the “fs” like flexibility, form, and function. Keeping your body in alignment and keeping it limber are just as important in the long term as keeping at a healthy weight and keeping muscles strong.
