Reset to Amazing: Days 50-56

Follow along and transform your health! The 8th week is focused on Stress. Just saying the word stress feels stressful! It lowers your immunity and makes you sick from the inside out. Taking the time to acknowledge its grip on you and then doing small, incremental steps can reverse its damage.
