Roger Barnett, CEO of Shaklee, recently shared his favorite Cinch shake: Roger’s Strawberry Lemonade 2 scoops Cinch Strawberry Shake Mix 6 oz. nonfat milk or light soy milk 2 oz. natural lemonade Ice as desired Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a blender until frothy. The season may be coming to a close, but enjoy this summertime treat anytime! My husband and I recently purchased the NutriBullet, a new kind of blender/juicer that bills itself as a nutrient “extractor.” We’ve been using it as a way to get those final servings of veggies & fruits a day. So even though we are getting 4-5 servings throughout our day (like cherries with our morning chocolate Cinch shake or raspberries and vanilla, carrots and hummus or celery and almond butter as a snack, steamed broccoli and cauliflower with Quorn mycoprotein patties or Gardein meatless chicken strips in an arugula salad with artichoke hearts, peppercinis, roasted cherry and grape tomatoes, onions, and garlic) there are plenty of other options that don’t seem to get their fair share in our diet. Throwing them in our NutriBullet in interesting combinations is really helping us benefit that much more. You can take some of these combos and use them on their own, like we do, or add your Cinch Shake Mix to give it that protein boost as part of your Cinch program. Why not?
