“Ever since I was a small child, I have dealt with weight issues. The biggest contributor has always been eating too many quick, calorie laden meals on the go. Although I have always been very athletic and have great endurance, I struggle with excess fat. Approaching my late 20s, I am now 100% focused on reaching my physical peak. Since I started this program, I have replaced my traditional brown bag lunch with the Cinch meal bars, which gives me that extra energy kick. And it keeps me on track for the rest of the day, especially for all the softball games ahead. It’s a slow process for me, but I am hoping by the end of this year to be the most fit player on the field!”
