Fred and I started our journey to lose the unwanted lbs. 6 weeks ago. As everyone knows, it’s all about calories in and calories out. The journey started by using Cinch products-shakes and bars and 1 basic meal at night…always counting calories! It really helped to keep the hunger under control using the snack bars in-between meals. At the 5 week mark, Fred had lost 7.5 lbs. and I had lost 8 lbs. We began to add walking on the treadmill or elliptical 2 to 3 times a week. This seems to be working! Fred has lost 12.5 and I have lost 10.2!!! My goal is to lose 30 more and Fred maybe 20. We are enjoying our lifestyle change and Cinch really helps with the protein intake. Good luck to all! Let us know how you all are doing!
